, Post-Doctoral Psychologist

People deserve a compassionate, supportive, and open environment to explore their thoughts and feelings. I help clients to feel safe and welcomed to bring their whole selves, including all aspects of their identity, into our work. We will work together to gain insight into areas where you may be feeling stuck, and figure out new ways to move forward. Through a collaborative approach, we will create a space that works best for you.

I have experience working with people who are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, and relationship issues. I have interests in working with young adults, as well as people who have experienced complex trauma. I utilize a process-oriented style in session with clients through an integrative lens. My approach includes interpersonal, attachment based, psychodynamic and Dialectical Behavior Therapy tools and techniques.

Currently being supervised by a licensed psychologist.
