I have an integrative approach to therapy which uses psychodynamic, person centered, cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness based, and solution focused therapies to help clients become empowered to make positive changes in their lives.
I have worked extensively in both community mental health and in private practice settings with clients struggling with a variety of issues. I specialize in helping clients who are experiencing difficulties related to trauma and anxiety, as well as depression, anger management, and relationship issues. I enjoy working with tweens, teens, adults, families, and couples. Our goal for the therapeutic process will be to assist you in gaining greater self-awareness, and learning new coping skills to help you create a happier and more satisfying life.
