Treatment Philosophy
I bring an integrative approach to the process of therapy based on training in various types of approaches to treatment and believe strongly that the establishment of a supportive, caring, and interactive therapeutic relationship is vital to the collaborative work we do in the process of therapy. Within that, people learn to identify problematic patterns in their lives and access their strengths and insights in order to bring about positive change, personal growth, and the shift into healthier relationships and behaviors.
