Licensed Psychologist
Jonathan Ferguson, PhD is a Licensed Psychologist in the state of Georgia and holds PSYPACT authorization for interjurisdictional practice. Originally from Miami, Florida, Dr. Ferguson earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Florida A&M University and completed his doctoral training in Counseling Psychology at the University of Missouri–Columbia. He completed both his doctoral internship and postdoctoral fellowship at the Marcus Autism Center.
Dr. Ferguson is committed to supporting children, adolescents, and families from marginalized and underserved communities. He has extensive experience working with youth across diverse racial, ethnic, and developmental backgrounds, with a clinical focus on the assessment and treatment of autism spectrum disorder and anxiety. His work emphasizes helping families better understand their child’s strengths, needs, and diagnostic profile in order to support meaningful functioning across home, school, and community settings.
Dr. Ferguson provides comprehensive psychodiagnostic evaluations for children and adolescents and offers evidence-based therapy for anxious youth. He is based at the Marietta office and values collaborative, culturally responsive care that centers the family as an essential part of treatment.
