Treatment Philosophy

I look forward to being part of a team with you to work towards your goals and living your best life. I help clients address their concerns from different angles to discover solutions while focusing on finding and applying their strengths. I have used this approach to help clients from those struggling with specific problems of daily living to those with severe mental illness and drugs/alcohol abuse. I am a positive, empathetic person who works in a non-judgmental manner.

I offer a sliding scale for clients with lower income.
