My primary goal with my clients is to provide a safe, collaborative relationship within which they can learn to develop and achieve obtainable goals. I help my clients learn the skills that allow them to cope more effectively with the difficulties of life and to build a sense of Self that is strong, resilient and ultimately more effective in the world.
I specialize in working with people struggling with anxiety, panic, phobias, and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. I use a Cognitive-Behavioral approach, helping my clients challenge and overcome self-defeating thoughts and behaviors so that they can manage their stress more effectively.
I’ve been an athlete throughout my lifetime, and I have a special interest in Sports and Performance Psychology. I work with athletes in many sports using psychological principles to improve their performance.
