I believe that personal beliefs and thoughts have power over our emotions and behavior. Having someone to help you work through these beliefs and how they are influencing you is the first step to building the life that you want. Relationships are also a big factor in our happiness. So I use the power of the therapeutic relationship as a tool to help to building healthier relationships outside of the therapy room.
I received my education and training at Columbia University, University of Miami, University of Georgia, and UNC-Charlotte. I have experience in individual therapy, group therapy, couples therapy, and psychological assessment. My clinical interests include depression, anxiety, motivation, goal setting, women’s issues, and relationships. I enjoy working with adolescents and adults.
