In therapy, just as in most aspects of life, I believe that there is no one size fits all. I am here to meet you where you’re at in life and to walk with you on the journey ahead. I believe it is important to create a warm, nurturing, trusting environment so that clients can be open about all aspects of life. Depending on client needs, I utilize Cognitive-Behavioral, Mindfulness, Strengths-Based, Narrative, and Solution-Focused therapies.
I am a Licensed Master Social Worker who has eight years of experience working in hospice care where I was able to support countless patients facing terminal illness and families/friends experiencing grief and major life transitions. No matter what you are facing, I believe everyone could benefit from speaking with a licensed professional outside their inner circle to help guide them. I enjoy working with individuals, groups, couples, and families seeking therapy to cope with grief/bereavement, life transitions (e.g. graduation, job loss, marriage, divorce, geographic relocation, etc.), medical concerns, employment burnout, anxiety, and depression.
